1. Acceptance

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your subdomain credentials and for activity under your workspace. (Counsel: replace with your account-responsibility clause.)

3. Subscription and trial

A 30-day free trial begins on signup. Continuing past the trial requires adding a payment method through the in-app billing flow. (Counsel: replace with billing terms, cancellation policy, refund policy.)

4. Data ownership and export

You own your timesheet, fund, signature, and audit data. You may export all of it at any time via the in-app reports. (Counsel: replace with your data-ownership / export / portability clause.)
